The Park Rublevo residential complex, recently built near the city of Moscow, received the Ecovillage environmental certificate and several awards for its architectural and urban choices.

The residential complex, located in a green area along the Moskva river, consists of twelve blocks of 4 to 8-story buildings, including luxury apartments, wide windows and verandas overlooking the forest and the river.

The apartments are divided into different districts, the “River Quarter” overlooks a picturesque bay along the Moskva riverside, ideal for morning jogging and water sports fans. The “Forest Quarter” in the central part of the complex is surrounded by the woods and offers fresh air and the quiet atmosphere of the taiga. The “Sports Quarter” is the area closest to facilities such as fitness centre and the hypermarket.

The complex also includes schools, stores, restaurants and it is well connected to the transportation network.

With Stelvio, Visconti and Bitta (Disano) it managed to meet all the lighting needs of the many pedestrian routes and cycle lanes plunged into the nature.
